Beijing citizens in modern China have been very enthusiastic about various leisure and entertainment activities in their daily lives.As a new type of entertainment space reconstructed from the traditional royal architecture of Beijing in the early Republic of Chi-na,the Chengnan Playground has provided convenient consumption places for Beijing citizens.During this consumption process,people of different social classes not only feel the continuous changes in social progress and the current situation in Beijing,but also experience the collision and integration of Chinese and Western cultures.The rise and decline of Beijing Chengnan Playground in the Republic of China is also the epitome of social change in Beijing.
