Effects of Body-Mind Acupuncture Combined with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride for Post-Stroke Depression on Depression,Neurological Function,and Serum 5-Ht,Ne,and Da
Objective:Effects of body-mind acupuncture combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of post-stroke depres-sion on depression,neurological function and serum 5-HT,NE and DA.Methods:Fifty patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into 25 cases each in the control group and the treatment group by using the randomized numerical table method.On the basis of conventional stroke treat-ment,the control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride dispersible tablets alone,and the treatment group was treated with combined body-mind acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Observe the clinical efficacy,HAMD scale,SDS scale,Chinese medicine evidence score,FIM scale,MESSS scale,blood monoamine neurotransmitter level before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the HAMD-24,SDS,and MESSS scores of the patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the HAMD-24,SDS,and MESSS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);af-ter treatment,the FIM scores of the patients in both groups were increased and MESSS scores decreased from before treatment(P<0.05),and the FIM scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the MESSS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of 5-HT,NE and DA of the patients in the two groups were higher than those of the patients before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of 5-HT,NE and DA of the treatment group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Body-mind acupuncture combined with fluoxetine hydro-chloride can effectively improve depression,neurological function and quality of life of post-stroke depressed patients,and increase blood monoamine neurotransmitter levels,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
