Visualization Analysis of Knowledge Graph in the Field of Chiropractic Research Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)Database
Objective:Apply CiteSpace software to conduct a systematic visual analysis of research literature in the field of chiroprac-tic therapy from 2000 to 2023,in order to understand the current research status in the field and further explore the research hotspots and future development trends of chiropractic therapy. Methods:Retrieve the literature on chiropractic research included on CNKI from January 1,2000 to October 1,2023,and screen based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then, use CiteSpace6.1.R6 software to extract author, institution, and keyword information, draw relevant knowledge graphs, and analyze them. Results:A total of 814 ar-ticles were included, and since 2020,there has been an overall downward trend in the number of publications. The institution with the highest publication volume is Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, but there is a lack of cooperation and communi-cation among various institutions. The teams of Wu Gaoxin and Wang Hong have higher publication volumes. The co-occurrence,clustering,and salience results of keywords indicate that current research focuses on the clinical efficacy observation of pediatric dis-eases,such as anorexia, diarrhea, and cerebral palsy in children. Conclusion:Spinal compression research has reached a large scale and focuses on clinical efficacy evaluation, with a majority of applications in the respiratory, digestive, and urinary systems.Mean-while,the immune mechanism and brain functional effects of chiropractic therapy may become a research trend in the future.
