A Clinical Study Based on MCU To Explore The Treatment of Wind-Cold-Damp Paralysis-Type Cervical Cervical Spondylosis by Adding and Subtracting Fangfeng Tang Combined with Massage Therapy
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Fangfeng Tang plus reduction combined with massage in the treatment of wind-cold-damp paralytic cervical cervical spondylosis based on the cervical spine multifunctional training and evaluation system(MCU).Methods:A total of 70 patients with wind-cold-dampness paralytic cervical cervical spondylosis who visited the Rehabilita-tion Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected,and were divided into 35 cases each in the treatment group and the control group according to the randomized numerical table.The treatment group was given Fangfeng Tang plus reduction combined with massage therapy,and the control group was given conventional massage therapy.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared and observed the pain visual analog scale(VAS),cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)scale,clinical efficacy and cervical spine mobility and muscle strength in all directions.Results:After treat-ment,the VAS score and NDI score of both groups of patients increased compared to before treatment,and the VAS score and NDI score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,both groups of patients showed varying degrees of increase in cervical spine range of motion and maximum cervical muscle strength compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group had better cervical spine range of motion in all directions and maximum muscle strength in flexion,extension,and right flexion directions than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining the addition and subtraction of Fangfeng Tang with acupressure can significantly improve the pain and cervical spine function of patients with wind-cold-damp paralysis type cervical cervical spondylo-sis,and enhance the muscle strength of the peripheral muscles of cervical spine.It can improve the pain and cervical spine function,enhance the muscle strength of peripheral muscles of the cervical spine,enhance the stability of the cervical spine,and alleviate the clinical symptoms,and its therapeutic effect is better than that of simple massage treatment.
