火针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察火针结合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗偏头痛的临床疗效.方法:收集2022年1月～2023年12月在我院就诊的90例患者,分为三组各30例,分别施以火针、重复经颅磁、火针结合重复经颅磁治疗.所有患者均接受连续10天的治疗,在治疗前后记录患者的VAS评分、头痛症状记分表和偏头痛特异性生活质量问卷.结果:火针结合rTMS组的临床疗效有效率优于火针组和rTMS组(P<0.05);治疗1次和治疗结束后,三组患者的VAS评分均下降(P<0.01),其中火针结合rTMS组下降幅度大于火针组和rTMS组(P<0.01);随访后,三组患者头痛症状记分和生活质量问卷评分均降低(P<0.01),其中火针结合rTMS组者头痛症状记分和生活质量问卷评分下降幅度大于火针组和rTMS组(P<0.01).结论:火针结合rTMS治疗偏头痛较单独使用火针或rTMS疗效更佳,可显著缓解头痛症状,降低VAS评分,改善患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of migraine.Methods:90 patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into three groups,30 cases in each group,and were treated with fire needle,repeated TMS,and fire needle combined with repeated TMS,respectively.All patients were treated for a period of 10 consecutive days,and VAS scores,headache symptom scales and mi-graine specific quality of life questionnaire were recorded before and after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with rTMS group were better than those of fire needle and rTMS group(P<0.05).After the first treatment and the end of the treatment,the VAS score of the three groups decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease rate of the fire needle combined with rTMS group was greater than that of the fire needle and rTMS group(P<0.01).After follow-up,headache symptom score and life quality questionnaire scores of the three groups decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease rateof headache symptom score and life quality ques-tionnaire scores of the fire needle combined with rTMS group was greater than that of the fire needle group and rTMS group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with rTMS is more effective than fire needle or rTMS alone in the treatment of migraine,which can significantly relieve headache symptoms,reduce VAS score and improve life quality for patients.
