针刺治疗肥胖症的机制研究进展

摘要
肥胖症是一种复杂的疾病,发病因素包括遗传、环境、行为和代谢等方面,对患者的身心健康有着双重影响,同时随着肥胖人群的攀升,对社会经济也造成一定压力.中医认为,肥胖与脾虚、痰湿内盛有关.针灸作为一种绿色安全有效的疗法,大量动物实验及临床证据均表明其在预防和治疗肥胖症方面是卓有成效的.然而,针刺减重的机制尚未完全明确.本文通过对近十年针刺减重的相关文献分析发现,针刺治疗肥胖症多以健脾利湿化痰为治疗原则,针刺减重的作用机制涉及多个层面,包括调节胃肠功能、改善新陈代谢、调节内分泌、调节慢性炎症和细胞自噬、调节肠道菌群、调节神经系统以及调节脂肪组织等,这些机制共同作用,达到减轻体重的效果.本研究梳理针刺治疗肥胖症的作用机制研究进展,有利于为治疗本病拓展思路并丰富针刺减重的理论内涵.
Abstract
Obesity is a complex disease,the pathogenic factors include heredity,environment,behavior and metabolism,which have a dual impact on the physical and mental health of patients.At the same time,with the rise of obese people,it also causes certain pressure on the social economy.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that obesity is related to spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness.As a green,safe and effective therapy,a large number of animal experiments and clinical evidence have shown that acupuncture is effective in the prevention and treatment of obesity.However,the mechanism of acupuncture weight loss is not completely clear.In this paper,through the analysis of the relevant literature on acupuncture weight loss in the past decade,it is found that acupuncture treatment of obesity is mostly based on the principle of invigorating spleen,removing dampness and resolving phlegm.The mechanism of acupuncture weight loss involves multiple levels,including regulating gastrointestinal function,improving metabolism,regulating endocrine,regulating chronic inflammation and autophagy,regulating intestinal flora,regulating nervous system and regulating adipose tissue.These mechanisms work together to achieve the effect of weight loss.This study reviews the research progress on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of obesity,which is conducive to expanding the ideas for the treatment of this disease and enriching the theoretical connotation of acupuncture weight loss.
