针刺治疗卒中后失语症的研究进展

摘要
本文对近年国内外针刺治疗卒中后失语症研究进行了总结,综述了卒中后失语症评价指标、针刺类型、选穴规律、针刺手法及针刺疗法与其他疗法结合的疗效,针刺治疗卒中后失语症疗效明确,针刺联合多种治疗方法疗效更佳,具有广大推广前景.此外,综合研究中存在的问题展望了针刺治疗卒中后失语症,为卒中后失语症的治疗提供了思路.
Abstract
This article reviews the research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia at home and abroad in re-cent years,and introduces the evaluation indexes,types of acupuncture,acupoint selection rules,acupuncture techniques and the effi-cacy of acupuncture therapy combined with other therapies.In addition,the problems existing in the comprehensive study look for-ward to the treatment of post-stroke aphasia by acupuncture,and provide ideas for the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.
