Research on Teaching Strategies of Pronunciation Course for English Majors Oriented to Deep Learning
While pronunciation is an important manifestation of English language proficiency,the teaching effect of pronuncia-tion courses is not satisfying due to surface learning,mechanized learning,and isolation from other courses.Deep learning theory emphasizes learners'active participation and strengthens the development of higher-order cognitive thinking based on deep and crit-ical understanding.Based on the theory of deep learning,this study explores effective teaching strategies from three aspects:cogni-tive dimension,interpersonal dimension,and personal dimension.The aim is to promote the acquisition,internalization,and appli-cation of pronunciation for English majors,thereby improving their core professional qualities.
