摘要
当前,高校开展全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人还存在思想政治教育工作缺乏整体设计、专业课教师的思政教育能力不足、思政教育工作的评价机制不够完善等问题.高校要通过整合思政教育主体的力量和多方教育资源,加强师资培训,健全考评机制,加大激励力度,以提升育人实效.
Abstract
Currently,universities are facing problems such as lack of overall design in ideological and political education,insuf-ficient ability of professional course teachers in ideological and political education,and inadequate evaluation mechanisms for ideo-logical and political education in carrying out all-round education.Universities should integrate the power of ideological and politi-cal education as the main body and multiple educational resources,strengthen teacher training,improve evaluation mechanisms,and increase incentives to enhance the effectiveness of education.
