摘要
地方高水平大学走国际化发展道路是区域高等教育内涵式发展的重要内容,是深度融入国家开放办学政策的题中应有之义.进入新时代以来,安徽省地方高水平大学国际合作与交流工作取得了较为显著的成绩,但仍面临着先进国际化理念尚未落实、有效跨文化机制尚未形成、师资国际化水平尚需提高、国际化方式内容尚需提质、中外合作办学尚需深化等诸多问题.安徽省地方高水平大学国际化发展,应以理念为引领,落实国际化政策;以人员为核心,全面实施国际化;以课程为依托,推进在地国际化;以科研为抓手,探索国际化特色;以合作为补充,促进区域国际化.
Abstract
The development of internationalization of local high-level universities in Anhui province is not only an important part of the new course in the new field of our country's higher education development,but also the meaning of deeply integrating into the national open-up enrollment policy.Since entering the new era,the international cooperation and exchange work of high-level local universities in Anhui province has made remarkable achievements,but there are still many problems,such as the ad-vanced internationalization concept has not been implemented,the effective cross-cultural mechanism has not been formed,the in-ternationalization level of teachers needs to be improved,the internationalization mode and content need to be upgraded,and the Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools needs to be deepened.In view of this,the development of internationalization of local high-level universities in Anhui province should take the concept as the guidance,let the internationalization policy take root;take the personnel exchange as the core to carry out the internationalization comprehensively;take the curriculum as the basis to pro-mote the internationalization of higher education at home;take scientific research as the important point,to explore the characteris-tics of internationalization;and through cooperation to promote regional internationalization.
