摘要
部分高校青年教师在法纪知识结构、法纪观念、法纪行为能力和法纪习惯等方面还存在诸多不足,其形成原因有社会环境因素、学校教育管理因素和青年教师自身因素等.提升高校青年教师法纪素质修养需要从法纪教育思想理念更新、法纪知识理论普及、法纪行为能力培养以及制度创建与保障等方面综合协调推进.
Abstract
There are many deficiencies in the knowledge structure of law discipline,the ideas of law discipline,the ability of law discipline behavior and the habits of law discipline,which are formed by the social environmental factors,the school education management and the self-factors of young teachers.It is necessary to carry out law and discipline cultivation for young teachers in colleges and universities in a comprehensive and coordinated way from the renewal of law and discipline education ideas,the popu-larization of law and discipline knowledge theory,the cultivation of law and discipline behavior ability and the establishment and guarantee of the system.
