Research on Comprehensive University-Based Art Faculty Evaluation
In some comprehensive universities in China,the evaluation of art faculty lacks scientific rigor,with assessment ori-entations,criteria,and content failing to adequately consider the distinctive characteristics of art disciplines,thus impeding the pro-fessional development of art educators.A comprehensive university's approach to evaluating art faculty should be forward-looking,emphasizing intrinsic evaluation,devising rational assessment indicators and hierarchical structures,and further enhancing perfor-mance management at the departmental level.
