In recent years,some of the outward investment projects implemented by local state-owned enterprises have often re-sulted in risk loss events due to failure in decision-making and poor risk management.Therefore,it is necessary to raise awareness of risks and take active measures to reduce risks.In this regard,this paper starts from the actual work of risk control of project in-vestment in State-owned Enterprise A,introduces the risk control means of A Company,and provides necessary reference for other state-owned enterprises to effectively control project investment risks.
