With the rapid development of China's information technology application innovation program,the railway industry has set high demands for information technology application innovation software testing professionals'capabilities and qualities.However,there is currently a severe shortage of software testing talents in the domestic railway information technology application innovation program,and there is no scientifically complete talent training system to support it.In light of this background,this arti-cle analyzes the positioning and levels of talent cultivation for software testing professionals in the railway information technology application innovation program.Based on relevant industry standards,it proposes a training program and specific training process for software testing professionals in the railway information technology application innovation program to enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
