Currently,the rapidly developing cross-border e-commerce trade of agricultural products has put forward more com-plex and systematic requirements for intellectual property protection.Starting from the significance of intellectual property protec-tion in promoting international trade of agricultural products in China,this article elaborates on the practical significance of intellec-tual property protection in increasing agricultural industry profits,improving agricultural industry chains,and enhancing interna-tional competitiveness of agricultural industries.Combining with the intellectual property issues in international trade of agricultur-al products in China,it proposes to deepen collaborative protection of intellectual property rights suggestions,including improving the intellectual property review mechanism and enhancing the overseas assistance mechanism for intellectual property.
