Urban power is a combination of hard power and soft power.Enhancing the city's soft power and creating more de-velopment advantages are crucial for promoting the new and greater development of Ma'anshan.This paper analyzes the current sit-uation of Ma'anshan city's soft power development,examining its existing advantages and disadvantages,as well as opportunities and challenges.Drawing on the development strategies of some cities with strong soft power in China,this paper proposes SO and ST strategies,as well as WO and WT strategies for the soft power development of Ma'anshan city.
