In order to better display and spread the brilliant history and important cultural and social value of Taibai culture,a method of IP image design based on QFD/TRIZ theory is proposed.Firstly,the user demand index is determined by user interview method.Then,according to the QFD theory,the satisfaction of user needs is obtained,and then the user needs are transformed into design needs,and the conflicts are obtained.At the same time,the importance of each design demand is calculated.Finally,TRIZ theory is used to solve the conflict between design requirements,and combined with high importance design requirements,Taibai IP image design scheme is proposed.Applying QFD theory and TRIZ theory to Taibai IP image design is helpful to focus on design factors and improve design efficiency and quality.
