Under the new situation of higher education in China,the talent training of material majors attaches great importance to innovative consciousness and ability of local university students.Firstly,the tutor establishes the student growth community,puts up the training stage supporting College Students'Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program,and sets up the challenge plat-form with discipline competition,and builds the evaluation standard of innovative ability oriented by achievement and output,which has strengthened the cultivation of students'innovative consciousness and ability,and achieved remarkable results.
