The Connotation,Value and Promotion Path of Famous Teacher Leadership from the Perspective of Role Theory
Since the beginning of the new century,many provinces and cities in China have trained a large number of famous teachers through the"Famous Teachers Project",which has made an important contribution to promoting the overall quality of teachers in regional basic education.From the perspective of role theory,famous teachers shoulder the role mission of moral education and human behavior demonstration,the role of professional leadership of teacher community and the role direction of high-quality education and teaching radiation.The leadership level of famous teachers is an important factor affecting the realization of the role function of famous teachers and the improvement of the social benefits of the"Famous Teacher Training Project".In order to improve the leadership of famous teachers,and thus improve the social benefits of the project,we can respond to the professional,emotional and resource needs of famous teachers to help them gain the role,to construction of curriculum,practice and evaluation system to help them empowered the role;and create interactive environment with high-quality soil,platform,and mechanism to support them.
