从分化到融合:高校学生党的建设与思想政治教育融合育人的关联逻辑

高校学生党的建设与思想政治教育存在理论上的关联性.关联背景方面:二者都以坚持党的领导为最高原则,以立德树人为根本任务,以坚持马克思主义世界观和方法论为根本遵循,以协同发展为基本要求,以提升育人质量为价值旨归.关联要素方面:二者在教育主体、教育内容、教育方法、教育功能等方面存在功能性一致与叠合.党建思政是高校党建工作的新领域、大学生思想政治教育的新形态,开辟了落实立德树人根本任务的新场域和新图景.然而,实际工作中存在党建与思政分离、功用与实用脱节困囿.党建与思政深度融合、协同育人,需在认识论、方法论和实践论上进行根本性突破,不断增强二者融入力的探索与实践,努力构建新时代"党建+思政"育人体系.其关联策略在于:全面贯彻党的教育方针,掌握领导权;充分发挥思政课主渠道主阵地作用,强化引领力;把好政治、队伍建设和课程改革方向,占领制高点;建立党委统一领导、党政齐抓共管、全校协同配合的体制机制,形成协同力.
The Triple Logic of Integrating the College Party Building in the Ideological and Political Education
Party building and ideological and political education in universities have five aspects in common.Both take adhering to the Par-ty's leadership as the highest principle,moral education as the basic task,adhering to the Marxist world outlook and methodology as the funda-mental principle,synergetic development as the basic requirement,and improving educational quality as the value orientation.The consistency and superimposition exist in their subjects,content,methods and function of education.Integrating the Party building in the ideological and polit-ical education(IPBIPE)is the new field of college Party building and the new form of ideological and political education for college students,which develops a new field and a new scene of implementing the fundamental task of virtue cultivation.In practice,however,educators face the dualistic divisive dilemma of the separation of the Party building and ideological and political education,which causes the disconnection be-tween their function and practicality.To implement deep integration and promote cooperative education of them,colleges should make funda-mental breakthroughs in epistemology,methodology and practice,and as a result,build a binary education system of integrating the college Party building in the ideological and political education in the new era.The practice approaches include the following aspects:colleges should firstly,carry out the Party's educational policy to master the leadership of IPBIPE;secondly,show fully the dominant and prominent role for ideological and political courses to strengthen ideological leadership;thirdly,adhere to the direction of politics,team development and curriculum reform to take the commanding height of ideological and political work;lastly,establish institutional mechanisms of leadership,management and coordina-tion to form the collaborative force of"Three-all Education".
