不同整地方式尾巨桉林地土壤生态化学计量学特征

为了阐明不同整地方式下土壤生态化学计量学特征及其指示意义,对尾巨桉人工林不同整地下土壤的 C、N、P、K 含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明:不同整地方式下土壤养分含量及其化学计量特征均有明显不同。土壤有机碳、全 N 变异性较大,全 P、全 K 变异性较小。表层土壤养分的含量显著高于底层土壤;不同整地方式之间养分含量不同,全垦最高,带垦最低,同一土层之间也是有机碳、全 N 含量变异性较大,全 P、全 K 含量变异性较小。土壤 C/N、C/P、C/K、N/P、N/K 均较稳定,平均值分别为11.50、21.21、11.46、1.81及0.95,P/K 平均值为0.51,土壤有机碳和全 N 极显著正相关,全 P、全 K 相关性不显著。
Soil Ecological Stoichiometry of Eucalyptus urophylla ×E. grandis Plantations under Different Soil Preparation Methods
The objective of the study was to clarify the soil stoichiometric characteristics following three site preparation methods for establishment of Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandis plantations. Following the different site preparations, soil samples were collected for measuring organic carbon (C), total nitrogen (N), total phosphorous (P) and total potassium (K) contents. The results showed obvious differences in soil nutrient contents and their stoichiometry following the different methods of site preparation. The contents of C and N showed the greatest variability whilst P and K had less variability. Soil nutrient contents of surface soil layers were higher than the sub-surface soil layers. The C and N had larger variability than the P and K in the same soil layer. Soil C/N, C/P, C/K, N/P, and N/K ratios were relatively stable; with the C/N ratio ranging from 8.5 to 14.1 with a mean of 11.0. The C/P ratio varied from 10.5 to 32.3 with a mean of 21.21; the C/K ratio ranged from 3.76 to 20.1 with a mean value was 11.5; N/P ratio change from 1.2 to 2.3 with a mean of 1.8; the N/K ratio ranged from 0.4 to 1.6 with a mean of 0.9; and, the P/K ratio ranged from 0.3 to 0.6 with a mean of 0.5. The organic C content of the soils was significantly correlated with total soil C and there was a significant correlation between total soil P and K contents.
