组织培养技术是研究木本植物再生和繁殖的一种重要手段.文章总结了木本植物组织培养技术及器官再生的分子调控机制研究进展,明确了木本植物再生体系的建立与内因(外植体基因型、生理状态等)和外因(植物激素、培养条件等)密切相关.基因表达、激素信号途径和其他信号通路在木本植物器官从头再生过程中发挥着关键调控作用.不定芽和生根诱导困难是木本植物再生的瓶颈,未来应进一步深入研究木本植物再生的调控机制,以提高木本植物的再生效率和质量.
Research Progress in Tissue Culture and Organ de Novo Regeneration of Woody Plants
Tissue culture technology is an important means for the regeneration and reproduction of woody plants.This paper summarizes the research progress of tissue culture technology and molecular regulation mechanism of organ re-generation in woody plants.This scrutiny of research progress has made it clear that establishment of regeneration sys-tems for woody plants is closely related to internal factors(explant genotypes,physiological states,etc.)and external factors(plant hormones,culture conditions,etc.).Gene expression,hormone signaling pathways and other signaling pathways play key regulatory roles in the process of de novo regeneration of woody plant organs.The difficulty in induc-ing adventitious buds and roots can be a bottleneck in the regeneration of woody plants.In the future,regulatory mecha-nism of regeneration of woody plants should be further studied to improve the regeneration efficiency and quality of woody plants.
