Screening,Identification and Application of Phosphorus-soluble Bacteria in Eucalyptus Rhizosphere
Rhizosphere microorganisms with phosphorus-solubilizing effect were isolated from rhizosphere soil of Eucalyptus plantations, and their effect on maize seed germination and Eucalyptus seedlings growth were studied, which provided strain resources and theoretical basis for the research and development of microbial fertilizers. The strains were isolated and screened using the dilution coating method, and their growth-promoting characteristics, such as production of starch hydrolase, protease, catalase and phosphorus solubility, were studied. After morphological observation, physiological and biochemical identification and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene,a strain(XKG001)with various growth-promoting characteristics was obtained.16S rRNA gene sequence comparison and phylogenetic tree analysis showed that XKG001 was closely related to Bacillus subtilis.XKG001 had good potential for promoting growth, dissolving inorganic phosphorus capacity was 172.65 mg·L-1,and had the ability to produce starch hydrolase, protease and catalase.XKG001 bacterial solution could significantly promote the germination of maize seeds. The bacterial solution and fertilizer of XKG001 could effectively promote the growth of Eucalyptus seedlings.
