Research on the Care Needs of the Elderly Disabled Elderly at Home in Rural Areas Based on Logit—ISM Model
The aging society is an important feature of China's population transition period,especially in rural areas,the aging and disability of the elderly population is prominent while the elderly population is increasing,how to achieve the high—quality life of the elderly and disabled elderly groups is not only a problem that needs to be solved urgently,but also an important measure to actively respond to the prob-lems of Chinese modernization and aging society.Based on the data of the 2018 China Elderly Health Influ-encing Factors Tracking Survey(CLHLS),from the perspective of demand spillover theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the care needs of the elderly and disabled at home in rural areas by estab-lishing a binary Logit regression model,and uses the explanatory structure model(ISM)to deeply explore the internal logical relationship and hierarchy of each influencing factor.The study found that the spillover of the care needs of the elderly and disabled at home in rural areas should follow the sequence of"individual—family—government",and self—health management could be strengthened through the popularization of health education knowledge.Carry forward the cultural tradition of filial piety and improve the family pen-sion policy;Reasonable demarcation of responsibility boundaries,the construction of age—friendly com-munities and other measures to establish a social pension service system in line with China's national condi-tions.
