模糊自适应PID在汽包水位控制中的应用研究

针对传统PID控制算法在锅炉汽包水位控制中存在稳定性差、响应速度慢等问题,提出了 一种基于模糊自适应PID的汽包水位控制方法,该方法通过引入模糊控制器对PID控制器进行优化,并利用模糊规则对模糊控制器进行调整,以提高控制器的响应速度和控制精度.实验仿真结果表明,提出的方法可以有效提高汽包水位控制的精度和速度,并具有较高的稳定性和鲁棒性,具有较好的应用前景.
The Application Research of Fuzzy Adaptive PID in Drum Water Level Control
In response to the problems of poor stability and slow response speed in traditional PID con-trol algorithms for boiler drum water level control,a drum water level control method based on fuzzy adap-tive PID is proposed.This method optimizes the PID controller by introducing a fuzzy controller and ad-justs the fuzzy controller using fuzzy rules to improve the response speed and control accuracy of the con-troller.The experimental simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the ac-curacy and speed of drum water level control,and has high stability and robustness,with good application prospects.
