摘要

贵州省旅游产业政策的演进历程可为萌芽发展期(2007-2011年),快速推动期(2012-2016年),政策红利期(2017-2021年);政策发文总量呈上升波动趋势,政策注意力配置总体呈现低均衡性、高异质性特征,发展民族特色旅游始终贯穿贵州省旅游产业政策始终.在此基础上提出针对性建议,助推民族地区旅游产业高质量发展.

Abstract

the evolution process of Guizhou Province's tourism industry policy can be in the budding de-velopment period(2007-2011),the rapid promotion period(2012-2016),the policy bonus period(2017-2021);the total amount of policy documents is showing an upward and fluctuating trend,and the overall policy attention allocation is characterized by low equilibrium and high heterogeneity.The development of tourism with ethnic characteristics has always run through Guizhou tourism Industrial policy always.On this basis,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality devel-opment of the tourism industry in ethnic areas.
