Research on the Impact of Process Digitalization on Supply Chain Performance:The Mediating Role of Inter-organizational Justice
With the deepening of digital transformation, the development of process digitization has be-come an important path to improve supply chain performance. In order to deeply explore the impact of process digitization on supply chain performance and its mechanism of action, based on the survey data of 181 enterprises, the research model is empirically examined using regression analysis and Bootstrap test. The research results show that:first, process digitalization significantly promotes supply chain perform-ance and inter-organizational justice;second,inter-organizational procedural justice, distributive jus-tice,and communicative justice directly and positively affect supply chain performance, while inter-or-ganizational informational justice does not have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance;third,inter-organizational procedural justice, distributive justice, and communicative justice have a medi-ating role in process digitalization in affecting supply chain performance, while inter—organizational infor-mational justice has a mediating role.while the mediating role of information justice is not significant. The findings enrich the theoretical results on process digitization and supply chain performance, and provide important insights into how to improve supply chain performance in the context of digital transformation.
