摘要

旅游产业中,景区的策略选择和政府政策对景区决策的关系主要表现为三个方面:一是景区的决策取决于多个因素,包括收益、成本、搭便车收益、协同分配收益以及政府奖惩机制等;二是政府政策在旅游产业中的作用至关重要,政府可以通过奖惩机制来引导景区的决策;三是合理的收益分配机制对景区协同创新的积极性有重要作用,促使景区之间更好地合作,实现共赢.建议景区应优化其收益和成本结构,政府应建立合理的奖惩机制,并推动适宜的收益分配机制,推动生态位错位开发,推动旅游产业集群生态位整体优化,持续监测研究旅游产业集群,以促进文化旅游产业的可持续发展.

Abstract

In the tourism industry,the relationship between the strategic choices of scenic spots and government policies on scenic spot decision-making mainly manifests in three aspects:firstly,the deci-sion-making of scenic spots depends on multiple factors,including benefits,costs,free riding benefits,collaborative distribution of benefits,and government reward and punishment mechanisms;Secondly,the role of government policies in the tourism industry is crucial,and the government can guide the decision-making of scenic spots through reward and punishment mechanisms;The third is that a reasonable profit distribution mechanism plays an important role in promoting collaborative innovation among scenic spots,promoting better cooperation and achieving win-win outcomes.It is suggested that scenic spots should optimize their profit and cost structure,and the government should establish a reasonable reward and pun-ishment mechanism,promote appropriate profit distribution mechanism,promote the development of eco-logical niche mismatch,promote the overall optimization of the ecological niche of tourism industry clus-ters,continuously monitor and study tourism industry clusters,in order to promote the sustainable devel-opment of cultural tourism industry.
