摘要
在"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念的引领下,推进城乡融合,以技术、人力及知识为核心要素,借助技术的创新实现文化生态产业发展的数字化、网络化、智能化,实现虚实融合,实现产业全要素链、全产业链、全价值链高质量发展,是广西边境文化生态旅游数字产业发展最好的选择.建议通过完善广西边境文化生态旅游的数字经济产业全链条;培养引进广西边境文化生态旅游产业专业型与创新应用型人才;建立高质量的广西边境文化生态旅游数字产业体系;建立"政府+龙头企业+农户"模式、"国有企业+科研院校+基层党组织+农户"模式,助力广西边境文化生态旅游数字产业链体系建立.
Abstract
That is the best choice for the development of Guangxi's border cultural and ecological tourism digital industry,promoting urban-rural integration with technology,human resources,and knowledge as core elements,utilizing technological innovation to achieve digitalization,networking,and intelligence in the development of cultural and ecological industries,achieving virtual and real integration,and achieving high-quality development of the entire industry element chain,industry chain,and value chain,guided by the concept of"Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets".Suggest im-proving the entire digital economy industry chain of Guangxi border cultural and ecological tourism;Culti-vate and introduce professional and innovative applied talents in Guangxi's border cultural and ecological tourism industry;Establish a high-quality digital industry system for Guangxi border cultural and ecolog-ical tourism;Establish a model of"government+leading enterprises+farmers"and a model of"state-owned enterprises+research institutions+grassroots party organizations+farmers"to assist in the es-tablishment of a digital industrial chain system for border cultural and ecological tourism in Guangxi.
