Based on the research data of 392 farm households in Ziyun County,Guizhou Province,we constructed the theoretical framework of"buffer power-organizational power-learning power",and measured the impact of livelihood resilience of farm households and their participation in rural tourism on the improvement of livelihood resilience by using entropy value method, composite index method, and pro-pensity score matching(PSM)method. The results show that:① The dimensional measurements of farm households are learning ability(0.089)>buffering ability(0.087)>organizational ability(0.043),and the organizational ability of farm households in the study area is low.② Participation in rural tourism be-havior effectively enhances the livelihood resilience of farm households, and the effect of participation in rural tourism on the livelihood resilience of farm households is more significant for heads of households in the age range of 30-60 years old and with high school education or above.
