个体特征与家庭禀赋对居民购买商业养老保险影响研究——基于CGSS2021数据分析

摘要
利用CGSS2021数据,构建二元logit数据模型,分析个体特征与家庭禀赋对居民购买商业养老保险的影响.研究发现,个体特征和家庭禀赋均对居民购买商业养老保险呈显著影响,且个体特征中文化水平越高、健康状况越好,居民的购买率越高;而在家庭禀赋中,家庭年收入越高和社会互动越频繁,居民的商业养老保险购买率也越强烈.因此,在未来商业养老保险的发展过程中,可以通过加大宣传力度,提高影响力;加大税收优惠力度,减免个人所得税;扩大商业养老保险产品种类,满足居民多样化需求等措施提高居民的商业养老保险参与率.
Abstract
The article uses CGSS2021 data to construct a binary logit data model to analyze the impact of individual characteristics and family endowment on residents'purchase of commercial pension insurance.The study found that both individual characteristics and family endowment have a significant impact on res-idents'purchase of commercial pension insurance,and the higher the cultural level and health status of in-dividual characteristics,the higher the purchase rate of residents;In terms of family endowment,the high-er the annual income of the family and the more frequent social interaction,the stronger the purchasing rate of commercial pension insurance for residents.Therefore,in the future development process of com-mercial pension insurance,measures such as increasing publicity,increasing influence,increasing tax in-centives,reducing personal income tax,expanding the variety of commercial pension insurance products,and meeting the diverse needs of residents can be taken to increase the participation rate of residents in commercial pension insurance.
