In the context of globalization and following the trends of the information age,this study in-vestigates how to optimize teaching methods in hotel management programs at undergraduate colleges,based on the current state of teaching and the overall development of the field.By integrating information networks with course learning,it aims to meet the diverse needs of learners and enhance teaching re-sources.Generally,some college hotel management programs face certain challenges in curriculum teach-ing and other aspects.Meanwhile,it's necessary to learn from the hotel management program management systems of international schools,deeply understand their teaching philosophies,and incorporate them into the undergraduate curriculum system.This approach is intended to familiarize students with the teaching systems of leading international hotel management schools,enhance students'practical skills,and closely integrate their theoretical knowledge with practical operations.
