Research on Policy Choices and Design for the Recycling Industry of Renewable Resources in Guizhou
The recycling industry of renewable resources,as a key force in driving economic transfor-mation and achieving sustainable development,is highly regarded globally.This industry reduces depend-ency on virgin resources through the recycling and reuse of waste,alleviates resource shortages,and low-ers environmental pollution,thus promoting ecological balance.Economically,it creates new job opportu-nities,increases tax revenue,and fosters diversified economic development.Technological advances bring innovative momentum to the industry,enhancing the recycling rate of resources,while social sustainability relies on the industry's dual contributions to resources and the environment.Guizhou province,with its a-bundant natural resources and government policy support,displays significant potential in the recycling in-dustry of renewable resources.However,challenges such as insufficient funding,relatively backward technology,incomplete industrial chains,and a shortage of professional talents hinder rapid development.To address these issues,a comprehensive multidimensional policy framework should be established based on systematic thinking and government guidance principles.This framework should include fiscal support,tax incentives,financial investment motivations,and market regulation measures,aimed at enhancing re-source utilization efficiency comprehensively and steering the industry towards a green and low-carbon transition.
