嵌入理论视角下新乡贤参与对乡村治理绩效的影响因素研究——基于浙江省枫源村的实证分析

摘要
基于嵌入性理论,通过新乡贤的认知、政治和关系嵌入,从新乡贤的参与意愿和能力、政府支持、村庄认同三个维度构建新乡贤参与对乡村治理绩效的影响因素模型,并通过对浙江省枫源村的实地调查以及对调查数据进行分析后发现,新乡贤已成为乡村治理的重要主体之一,新乡贤的参与意愿和能力、政府支持、村庄认同能够正向影响乡村治理绩效.
Abstract
Based on the theory of embeddedness,through the cognitive,political and relational embed-dedness of new rural sages,this paper constructs a model of the influencing factors of new rural sages'par-ticipation on rural governance performance from the three dimensions of new rural sages'willingness and ability to participate,government support and village identity.Through the field survey of Fengyuan Vil-lage in Zhejiang Province and the analysis of the survey data,it is found that new rural sages have become one of the important subjects of rural governance.The willingness and ability of new rural sages to partici-pate,government support and village identity can positively affect the performance of rural governance.
