新文科建设背景下酒店管理专业人才培养模式创新实践

摘要
新文科是教育部提出的"四新"建设之一,是我国在新时代背景下创新文科人才培养机制的重要举措.在新文科建设背景下,酒店管理专业人才培养模式的模块设计和培养思路也面临挑战.针对高校酒店管理专业培养模式中存在的普遍问题及行业的人才需求,结合酒店管理专业本科在新文科建设背景下的人才培养模式创新,通过对安顺学院国际酒店班案例的分析,以期为相关高校酒店管理专业人才培养模式提供有益的借鉴和启示.
Abstract
New Liberal Arts and Sciences is one of the components of the'Four News'strategy,repre-senting a significant initiative to enhance the quality of higher education in philosophy and social sciences,to innovate the training mechanism for liberal arts and sciences excellent college students.Under the back-ground of New Liberal Arts and Sciences construction,the methods and pathways to improve talent devel-opment in the field of hospitality management in university have faced various challenges.To provide an in—depth analysis of the common issues in higher education in university for hospitality management pro-grams and industry-specific talent demands.It also aligns with the talent development direction in hospi-tality management undergraduate programs within the framework of New Liberal Arts and Sciences.Through the analysis of the case study of Anshun University's International Hospitality Management Pro-gram,this study aims to offer valuable experiences and suggestions for institutions offering similar pro-grams.
