贵州榕江"村超"的治理实践表明,数字嵌入作为情景要素,对乡村"文体旅"融合治理起着关键的催化和整合作用;数字化手段调动多元主体形成治理合力,共同参与促进乡村"文体旅"融合的有效治理,推动有为政府-有效市场-有机社会的统一,形成全民参与的共建共治共享治理格局."村超""文体旅"融合的治理经验为民族地区的基层治理实践提供了经验启示.
Abstract
The governance practice of"Village Premier League"in Rongjiang shows that digital embed-ding,as a situational element,plays a key catalytic and integrated role in the integrated governance of ru-ral"culture,sports and tourism";Digital means mobilize multiple-subject to form a joint governance force,jointly participate in promoting effective governance of rural"culture,sports and tourism"integra-tion,promote the unity of proactive government-efficient market-organic society,and achieve a govern-ance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.The governance experience of the integra-tion of"Village Premier League""culture,sports and tourism"provides insights for grassroots governance practices in ethnic regions.
