民族地区乡村教师文化适应的构成要素及提升路径研究

民族地区乡村教师是民族地区乡村教育高质量发展的重要基石,提高其文化适应能力对加强民族地区乡村教师队伍建设、提升民族地区乡村教育质量具有重要影响.民族地区乡村教师文化适应由文化价值观念适应、文化思维方式适应、文化语言符号适应和文化行为模式适应四个方面构成.由于受当前政府对民族地区乡村教师需求了解不够充分,学校对民族地区乡村教师培养不够全面,民族地区乡村教师自身在文化适应过程中表现不够主动等因素影响,民族地区乡村教师文化适应能力有待提高.基于此,应从政府提供政策帮扶、学校提供业务帮扶、民族地区乡村教师个人建立自主帮扶三个层面构建民族地区乡村教师文化适应的提升路径.
Research on the Constituent Elements and Improvement Paths of Rural Teachers'Culture Adaptation of Rural Teachers in Ethnic Areas
Rural teachers in ethnic areas are important cornerstones of the high-quality development of ethnic and rural education.The improvement of their cultural adaptability has an important impact on strengthening the construction of rural teachers in the ethnic region and improving the quality of rural edu-cation in the ethnic region.The adaptation of rural teachers in the ethnic area is composed of four aspects:adaptation of cultural value,adaptation of cultural thinking,cultural language symbol adaptation,and cul-tural behavior model.Due to the insufficient understanding of the current government's demand for rural teachers in the ethnic region,the school is in the countryside of the nation.Teachers are not fully trained,and rural teachers in ethnic areas themselves are influenced by factors such as insufficient performance in the process of cultural adaptation.The rural teachers'cultural adaptation capabilities in ethnic areas need to be improved.Based on this,the government provides policy assistance,school provides business assis-tance,and rural teachers in ethnic regions to establish independent assistance to build a path of enhance-ment path for rural teachers in ethnic regions.
