The Research on Classroom Teacher-Student Interaction in Special Education Schools Based on CLASS:Take A Special Education School as Example
The CLASS tool has been used to evaluate the classroom teacher-student interaction of A Special Education School in Guizhou Province.The results show that the overall classroom teacher-student interaction is at a medium level,the overall classroom teacher-student interaction level of the Chi-nese/Life Chinese course teachers is slightly higher than that of the Mathematics/Life Mathematics cour-ses,the classroom teacher-student interaction level of the teachers with 6-10 years of teaching experi-ence is higher than that of the teachers with other teaching experience,the classroom teacher-student in-teraction level of the teachers with a bachelor's degree is higher than that of the teachers with a technical secondary school degree.However,the level of classroom teacher-student interaction in the secondary in-dicators of each group of teachers in each dimension shows differences.The measures to improve the level of classroom teacher-student interaction of this school are:enhancing the awareness of respecting stu-dentsto enhance the emotions between teachers and students;Effectively utilizing classroom time to im-prove classroom efficiency;Carrying out professional training to enhance the professional level of teachers.
