摘要
基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,从动态能力和企业资源两个角度出发,以176家上市电子制造企业为研究案例,通过结合NCA和fsQCA两种方法,探究高和非高企业绿色创新绩效的组态路径.研究发现,单一条件并不构成上市电子制造企业绿色创新绩效的必要条件;上市电子制造企业的高绿色创新绩效的组态路径有3种,高管创新精神是每种组态路径的核心条件变量;上市电子制造企业的非高绿色创新绩效的组态路径有3种.
Abstract
Based on resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory,this study takes 176 listed electronic manufacturing enterprises as research cases from the perspectives of dynamic capability and en-terprise resources.By combining NCA and fsQCA methods,this study explores the configuration path of green innovation performance in high and non-high enterprises.Research has found that a single condi-tion does not constitute a necessary condition for the green innovation performance of listed electronic man-ufacturing enterprises.There are three configuration paths for the high green innovation performance of listed electronic manufacturing enterprises,and the innovation spirit of executives is the core conditional variable for each configuration path.There are three configuration paths for the non-high green innova-tion performance of listed electronic manufacturing enterprises.
