Comprehensive Evaluation Index Measurement and Influencing Factors of Digital Economy in Henan in China:A Study Based on Entropy Method and Tobit Model
Based on the panel data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2012 to 2021,the evaluation index and influencing factors of digital economy were measured and discussed by construc-ting the evaluation index system of digital economy,using entropy method,linear weighting method and Tobit model.The results show that the importance of the first level evaluation index from high to low is digital innovation,digital infrastructure,digital talent training,digital communication technology carrying capacity.The digital economy comprehensive evaluation index of Henan Province shows an upward trend year by year,but there is a significant gap in the level of digital economy development among prefecture-level cities.Among the 18 prefecture-level cities,except for Zhengzhou,the other 17 cities are stable cit-ies;Digital infrastructure,internet penetration,human resources,government investment and other fac-tors can promote and promote the development of digital economy in Henan Province.
