In the construction of Chimese discourse system,it is of great significance to refine the local legal discourse,and in the marriage and family relations in the Qingshuijiang area,there are a series of rich legal discourses,such as"Song","Family","Persuasion"and so on.In the marriage and family relations in the Qingshuijiang area,there are a series of legal discourses with rich connotations.In"Song",local young men and women express their emotions freely in the form of"Song"and enjoy the right to choose and pair up independently.In"Family",the local marriage relationship is based on the support of both families,and men and women tend to be more equal in marriage and family under the checks and balances of both families.In"Persuasion",the local community effectively resolves conflicts and disputes with the participation of many parties in the form of persuasion and reconciliation,and maintains a harmonious at-mosphere of the local community by Li Ci into it.The values of freedom,equality and harmony embedded in"Song""Family"and"Persuasion"are not only valuable resources deeply rooted in China's traditional le-gal culture,but also compatible with the basic spirit and concept of modern law,which can provide local cultural genes and historical basis for the construction of contemporary Chinese legal discourse system.
