Given the unique pathophysiological mechanism of carbon monoxide(CO)poisoning in pregnant women and its potential impact on fetuses,this consensus elaborates on the pathophysiological mechanism,epidemiological characteristics,diagnostic criteria,treatment and management methods,as well as long-term impact and follow-up strategies of CO poisoning.It aims to provide clinicians with a scientific and systematic guidance plan to optimize the diagnosis and treatment process of CO poisoning during pregnancy,improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and reduce adverse outcomes for both mothers and fetuses.
