Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of prosthesis loosening after hip joint fracture replacement. Methods:A total of 118 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in Honghu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hubei University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to June 2022 were included. The patients were divided into non-loosening group(n=109)and loosening group(n=9)according to whether the joint was loose after surgery. The clinical data of the patients were collected, and univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the independent influencing factors of prosthesis loosening after surgery. Results:The incidence of prosthesis loosening after hip replacement surgery was 7.63%(9/118).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age 75 years(OR=2.623,95%CI:2.370,4.784),osteoporosis(OR=3.280,95%CI:4.470,7.538),BMI>28 kg/m2(OR=2.936,95%CI:4.816,6.781),and periprosthetic fractures(OR=3.739,95%CI:5.210,6.705)were all independent influencing factors for prosthesis loosening after surgery(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Advanced age, osteoporosis, overweight, and periprosthetic fractures are independent influencing factors for prosthesis loosening after hip replacement surgery.
