As a new inspection method in the field of ultrasound medicine,real-time shear wave elastography(SWE)reflects the absolute hardness of tissues by continuously focusing sound radiation force pulses at different depths of tissues,and has been widely used in the examination of adult diseases.At present,SWE is also gradually applied to the diagnosis of related diseases in children,such as fatty liver,obstructive jaundice in infants and young children,congenital choledochal cyst,diffuse liver infiltration caused by leukemia,chronic kidney disease,neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,congenital muscular torticollis,cerebral palsy,and other pediatric diseases.
