项目式工程训练模式对学生工程能力达成研究

传统工程训练模式难以适应新时代人才培养的需要.本文提出了以工程实际项目为牵引,以问题为导向,开发符合产出导向教育理念(Outcome based education,OBE)的项目式工程训练课程,依托工程素质教育中心实训平台,围绕学生的知识、能力、素质和价值培养目标,通过实际案例的项目设计与制作,采用模糊层次分析法对学生工程能力进行评价.结果表明:工程训练新模式相较于传统工程训练,对毕业要求达成度最高,有利于培养大学生的自主学习能力、高阶思维能力及解决复杂工程问题能力.
Research on Project-based Engineering Training Mode for Achieving Students' Engineering Abilities
The traditional engineering training mode is difficult to meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new era.This article proposes to develop a project-based engineering training course that is guided by practical engineering projects and problem oriented, and conforms to the Outcome based education ( OBE) concept.Based on the practical training platform of the Engineering Quality Education Center, the course aims to cultivate students' knowledge, abilities, qualities, and values.Through project design and production of actual cases, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate students ' engineering abilities and achieve the goal requirements of cultivating students' engineering abilities.Quantitative evaluation of the engineering abilities is achieved by students in their graduation requirements.The results show that compared to traditional engineering training, the new mode of engineering training has the highest degree of achievement in graduation requirements, which is conducive to cultivating college students' self-learning ability, higher-order thinking ability, and ability to solve complex engineering problems.
