诱饵点击、失灵和反转:社交媒体中新闻客观性与情绪化的矛盾

本研究分析了社交媒体中新闻机构使用"点击诱饵元素"的现状,并对其传播效果和影响因素进行了考察.文章选取伯努利朴素贝叶斯算法对新闻标题进行分类,使用主题模型对新闻内容进行主题分类,使用混合线性模型分析不同点击诱饵元素的传播效果和影响因素.研究发现,社交媒体中新闻机构正在向使用点击诱饵元素过渡,使用情绪化的点击诱饵元素逐渐兴起.在新闻内容上,社交媒体中新闻机构呈现淡传统媒体化和逐步社交媒体化的趋势.使用点击诱饵元素能够在一定程度上提高帖文的传播效果,实现"诱饵点击",且情绪化的点击诱饵元素效果最好.情绪化点击诱饵元素在客观性较强的新闻消息中会导致情绪唤起的中断,出现"诱饵失灵",甚至"诱饵反转"的效果,呈现客观性与情绪化的矛盾.在实践层面,"纯文本"类新闻消息使用点击诱饵元素提高传播效果的作用更显著,为文字型媒体脱颖而出打开了新思路.
Bait Clicks, Fails and Reversals:The Contradiction Between News Objectivity and Emotion in Social Media
This study analyzes the situation of the Clickbait Elements by news organizations on social media, and examines its communication effectiveness and influencing factors.Bernoulli Naive Bayes algorithm is selected to classify the crawled news headlines.Latent Dirichlet Allocation ( LDA) is used to classify the news content, and the mixed linear model is used to analyze the propagation effect and influencing factors of different"clickbait elements".The study found that news organizations on social media are transitioning to"using clickbait elements", with emotional clickbait elements gradually on the rise.News organizations on social media have shown a trend of more gradual social media.The clickbait elements can improve the communication effect of posts, achieving"bait clicks", and emotional clickbait elements work best.The emotional clickbait elements in the application of news messages with strong objectivity will lead to the interruption of emotional arousal, the effect of"bait failure"and even"bait reversal", presenting the contradiction between objectivity and emotion.The use of clickbait elements in"plain text"news messages has a more significant effect on improving the communication effect.
