微波谐振腔作为现代工业微波器件的基本组成部分,在决定器件性能方面起着重要作用.在实际应用中,通常在谐振腔壁涂敷电磁损耗介质以满足设计需求,因此分析这类谐振腔的电磁特性具有一定的理论意义和应用价值.本文基于一个加载电磁损耗介质谐振腔的基本模型,依据模式匹配方法在介质不连续处建立起的匹配关系,得到了计算TM0模谐振频率和品质因数的一般表达式,通过计算第一个谐振模式TM01模分析了损耗介质厚度、种类对其电磁特性的影响规律.计算结果与电磁场仿真软件微波工作室(Computer Simulation Technology Microwave Studio,CST-MWS)仿真结果吻合良好,证明了该算法对于电磁损耗介质加载的谐振腔特性计算与分析是有效的.
Microwave resonant cavities,as fundamental components in the structure of modern industrial microwave devices,play a crucial role in determining the performance of these devices. In practical applications,electromagnetic lossy medium are often coated on the walls of the resonant cavities to meet design requirements,making the analysis of the electromagnetic characteristics of such cavities both theoretically significant and practically valuable. Based on the model of a resonant cavity loaded with an electromagnetic lossy dielectric,this article prepares general expressions for calculating the resonant frequency and quality factor of the TM0 mode using the mode-matching method established at the discontinuity of the dielectric. By calculating the first resonant mode TM01,the study analyzes the influence of the thickness and type of the lossy dielectric on its electromagnetic properties. The calculation results are in good agreement with Computer Simulation Technology Microwave Studio ( CST-MWS) simulation results,confirming the effectiveness of this algorithm in the calculation and analysis of resonant cavities loaded with electromagnetic lossy dielectrics.
