岩土热虹吸管换热器多因素换热特性试验研究

Development and Experimental Study of Ground Thermosiphon Heat Exchangers

本文提出一种以水为工质、由镀锌钢管和聚乙烯管组成的新型金属-聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器.首先,采用恒温水浴试验台研究了聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器和金属-聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器的取热特性,试验结果表明,金属-聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器相较于聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器具有更好的换热能力.其次,当换热器内真空度为2.00 kPa,工质填充率为12.50%时,金属-聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器的换热量会随着冷冻水流量和水浴热源温度的增大而增大.最后,搭建砂箱试验台,为金属-聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器提供了渗流和非渗流试验条件.在砂箱试验中,研究了金属-聚乙烯管岩土热虹吸管的换热特性,并与单U型地埋管换热器的平均换热量进行了比较,两者的平均换热量接近.当金属-聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器蒸发段长度为0.50 m时,非渗流和渗流条件下的平均换热量分别为34.89 W/m和111.75 W/m.试验验证了金属-聚乙烯热虹吸管换热器作为一种新型地下热交换器是可行的.
This paper proposes a new type of Metal-Polyethylene Two-Phase Closed Thermosyphon(M-PE TPCT)heat exchanger composed of galvanized steel pipes and polyethylene pipes.Above all,the heat transfer rate characteristics of M-PE TPCT and PE TPCT are studied by using a constant temperature water bath test bench.The test results show that M-PE TPCT has better heat transfer capacity than PE TPCT.Then,the heat exchange of M-PE TPCT will increase with the increase of chilled water flow rate and water bath heat source temperature when the vacuum degree is 2.00 kPa and the filling ratio is 12.50%.Finally,the sandbox test bench was set up to provide seepage and non-seepage test conditions for M-PE TPCT,and the heat exchange is compared with that of U-tube heat exchanger.When the length of evaporation section is 0.50 m,the heat exchange under non-seepage and seepage conditions is 34.89 W/m and 111.75 W/m,respectively.The experimental results show that M-PE TPCT is feasible as a new type of geothermal exchanger.
