工程管理专业的认识实习虽然面临严重的供需矛盾,但数字技术、人工智能技术在工程建设领域的逐步推广应用为构建新的实习方式提供了机遇.本研究依托建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)的漫游功能和BIM5D的虚拟施工功能,基于工程项目虚拟数字模型来开展认识实习教学;同时通过智慧工地系统实现若干不同工地的远程线上参观,让实习对象从数字虚拟体过渡到工程实体;此外,还借助工程建设的数字孪生体,实现工程数字虚拟体与工程实体的交互,让学生全面、深入了解工程建设的各个环节,实现实践教学在工程建设寿命周期全覆盖.数智化转型背景下的新型实习方式需要相关主管部门大力推广工程建设的数智化以促进平台资源共享,同时也需要熟悉数智化技能的师资队伍的支撑.
Research on the Cognition Practice Mode of Construction Management Major under the Background of Digital Transformation
The cognition practice of construction management major faces serious supply-demand imbalance.With the gradual promotion and application of digital technology and artificial intelligence technology in the field of engineering construction,opportunities have been provided for the new mode of cognition practice.Based on the roaming function of Building Information Modeling(BIM)and the virtual construction function of BIM5D,cognitive internship teaching can be carried out on the digital model of engineering projects.Remote online visits to several different construction sites through the smart construction site system can allow interns to transition from digital virtual entities to engineering entities.By leveraging the digital twin of engineering construction and the interaction between engineering digital virtual body and the real engineering entity,students can get comprehensive and in-depth understanding of various aspects of engineering construction and achieve full life cycle coverage of practical teaching.The new internship methods under the background of digital transformation require relevant regulatory departments to vigorously promote the digitization of engineering construction,promote platform resource sharing,and also require the support of a teaching staff familiar with digital skills.
