基于OBE的智能建造类生产实训课程建设与实践

我国建筑业智能化改造升级和深化产教融合需求对专业人才能力结构提出了新要求,专业实训是提升学生创新实践能力的重要环节.为了提高教学质量,北方工业大学智能建造专业开展了智能建造类生产实训课程建设与实践,针对单门课程建设,从基于成果导向教育的教学内容定位、基于学习产出的教育模式(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念指导下的教学方法改革、OBE指导下的特色资源建设三方面明确了该类实训课程的建设思路及特点,包括面向企业人才能力需求、引入企业生产资源、重构教学环节、配套教材及实操系统开发等,最后以装配式建筑构件生产实训课程为例进行效果讨论.本研究旨在为破解高等学校智能建造类实训课程教学困境提出解决方案.
Construction and Practice of Intelligent Construction Production Training Course Based on OBE
The intelligent transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry,as well as the need to deepen the integration of industry and education,have put forward new requirements for the ability structure of professional talents.Professional training is an important part of enhancing students'innovative and practical abilities.To improve the quality of teaching,the Intelligent Construction major at North China University of Technology has launched the construction and practice of intelligent construction production training courses.The construction ideas and characteristics of the practical training course have been clarified from three aspects:the positioning of teaching content based on outcome-oriented education,the reform of teaching methods guided by Outcome Based Education(OBE),and the construction of characteristic resources.Curriculum development includes meeting the talent needs of enterprises,introducing production resources,restructuring teaching processes,and developing supporting textbooks and practical systems.Taking the production training course on prefabricated building components as an example,the constructible effect is verified.This study can propose solutions to the teaching difficulties of intelligent construction practical training courses in higher education institutions.
